การเชื่อมข้อมูล การสำรองข้อมูล และการสูญหายของข้อมูล

Baibua มีการจัดเก็บแบบบันทึกในเครื่องก่อน การเชื่อมข้อมูลออนไลน์แบบทางเลือก และการสำรองข้อมูลแบบทางเลือก ความสามารถเหล่านี้มีไว้เพื่อช่วยรักษาและกู้คืนข้อมูลของคุณ แต่ไม่มีระบบจัดเก็บ เชื่อมข้อมูล หรือสำรองข้อมูลใดที่รับประกันว่าจะปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด

การแจ้งเตือน

Baibua อาจตั้งค่าการแจ้งเตือนในเครื่องสำหรับการเตือนความจำ การแจ้งเตือนบิล กำหนดเวลา หรือความสามารถด้านการวางแผนอื่น การแจ้งเตือนขึ้นอยู่กับการตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ เขตเวลา สิทธิ์ที่อนุญาต และข้อจำกัดของระบบ Baibua ไม่รับประกันว่าการแจ้งเตือนทุกครั้งจะมาถึงตรงเวลาทุกกรณี

รูปภาพ สื่อ และการพิมพ์ด้วยเสียง

เมื่อคุณเพิ่มรูปภาพหรือไอคอนเอง ถือว่าคุณยืนยันว่าคุณมีสิทธิ์ใช้งานไฟล์ดังกล่าว เมื่อคุณใช้การพิมพ์ด้วยเสียง คุณมีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบข้อความที่ได้ก่อนบันทึก คุณไม่ควรบันทึกข้อมูลที่ละเอียดอ่อน ผิดกฎหมาย หรือละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่นไว้ในแอป

ความสามารถแบบชำระเงิน การสมัครสมาชิก และการซื้อ

Baibua อาจมีความสามารถฟรีและความสามารถแบบชำระเงิน สิทธิ์พิเศษอาจปลดล็อกโควตา ตัวเลือก การปรับแต่ง หรือความสามารถอื่นตามที่ระบุในแอปหรือหน้าร้านค้าแอป

บริการเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของแต่ละผู้ให้บริการ Baibua ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการขัดข้องของบริการภายนอก การจำกัดบัญชี การตัดสินใจด้านการชำระเงิน ข้อจำกัดพื้นที่จัดเก็บ หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายของบุคคลภายนอก

การอัปเดตและการเปลี่ยนแปลง

เราอาจระงับ จำกัด หรือยุติการเข้าถึง Baibua หากเราเชื่อโดยสมควรว่าคุณละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ สร้างความเสี่ยง ใช้งานบริการในทางที่ไม่เหมาะสม หลีกเลี่ยงความสามารถแบบชำระเงิน หรือใช้แอปอย่างผิดกฎหมาย คุณสามารถหยุดใช้ Baibua ได้ทุกเวลา รวมถึงลบเนื้อหา ล้างข้อมูลในเครื่อง ออกจากระบบ หรือลบบัญชีในกรณีที่รองรับ

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Baibua, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Baibua Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About Baibua

Baibua is a planning and note-taking app that provides calendar, task, note, template, reading journal, bill, savings, reminder, backup, sync, and Premium-related features.

Baibua is provided as a productivity and personal organization tool. It is not financial, legal, medical, tax, or professional advice.

Eligibility

You must be old enough under applicable law to use online services and make purchases, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts, Guest Use, and Local-Only Use

Baibua may allow guest or local-only use for certain features. In guest or local-only mode, supported data is stored on your device unless you choose to back it up or later sign in and activate sync.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or device.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create in Baibua, including notes, tasks, templates, categories, logs, images, and similar data.

You grant Baibua the limited permission needed to store, process, sync, back up, display, and otherwise operate your content only for the purpose of providing the app's features. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Baibua for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes; upload or store content that violates the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others; interfere with, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt the app, backend services, or third-party services; bypass limits, paywalls, Premium checks, security features, or access controls; or use automated tools to access the app in a way that harms the service or other users.

Sync, Backup, and Data Loss

Baibua includes local-first storage, optional cloud sync, and optional backup features. These features are provided to help preserve and restore your data, but no storage, sync, or backup system is guaranteed to be error-free.

You are responsible for checking that important data is saved, synced, or backed up as expected. Deleting local data, signing out, deleting content, uninstalling the app, changing devices, disabling sync, deleting backups, or deleting your account may permanently remove some data.

Reminders and Notifications

Baibua may schedule local notifications for reminders, bill reminders, deadlines, or other planning features. Notifications depend on your device settings, operating system, timezone behavior, permissions, and platform limitations. Baibua does not guarantee that every notification will arrive at an exact time.

Images, Media, and Voice Input

When you add images or custom icons, you confirm that you have the right to use them. When you use voice input, you are responsible for reviewing the generated text before saving it. You should not save sensitive, illegal, or rights-infringing content in the app.

Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Baibua may offer free features and paid Premium features. Premium may unlock additional limits, options, customization, or other features described in the app or store listing.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Your purchase is also subject to the terms, billing rules, cancellation rules, and refund policies of that store or provider. Unless stated otherwise by the app store, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Baibua does not guarantee that Premium entitlement will automatically transfer across all platforms, stores, devices, or accounts unless this is explicitly supported in the app at the time of use. Feature availability, quotas, prices, and Premium benefits may change over time.

Third-Party Services

Baibua relies on third-party services such as Baibua cloud services powered by Firebase and Google Cloud, Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Analytics, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Google Drive, iCloud, Superwall, and app store payment systems.

These services are governed by their own terms and policies. Baibua is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, payment processing decisions, storage limitations, or policy changes.

Updates and Changes

We may update, improve, remove, limit, or change features at any time. Some changes may be required for security, platform compliance, compatibility, or product direction. You may need to install updates to continue using certain features.

App Availability

We aim to keep Baibua available and reliable, but the app may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, third-party service outages, device limitations, bugs, or events outside our control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Baibua is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baibua and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Baibua if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, bypassed paid features, or used the app unlawfully. You may stop using Baibua at any time. You may also delete content, clear local data, sign out, or delete your account where supported.

Privacy

Your use of Baibua is also governed by the Baibua Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how information is collected, used, stored, synced, backed up, and shared.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify users through the app, store listing, or other reasonable channels. Your continued use of Baibua after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
